Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Chose from the Brownie Menu. After you have finished your selection, click on Order and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You will then be emailed with a secure payment link to pay by card. If we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason or the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first and let you know and to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
UNITED KINGDOM ONLY – The cost of post & packing to UK addresses is included in the price. We send orders by First Class, Signed for Royal Mail. FULL VALID POSTCODES are required for every order. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive. There will be an additional charge if you opt for your order to be sent via Next Business Day Delivery. Delivery times are subject to the service provide by Royal Mail and more details can be found on their website. General
Just Brownies bake on a Tuesday and Thursdays and posted the next working day, although this is not always possible. Any orders received after 10am on a baking day will be baked the following baking day. Orders placed over a weekend are generally not baked until the following Tuesday.
Once your order has been accepted/confirmed and baked, you may no longer be able to cancel order, or postpone order. This is because all our brownies are baked to order. Please see LINK here for ‘The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 in full.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.html If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from us, you may request a refund (in writing or by email) within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day you received the item. We will then inform you how to return the item. Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been consumed other than is reasonable to establish the quality of the product you are not happy with we will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage.If your returned order is damaged, not in the original packaging or consumed more than was reasonable to establish the quality of product, We reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with that loss.
